EXHIBIT B - ICON SERVICES Intensive Care On-line Network, Inc. is an educational resource company. ICON’s multi-professional staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through a toll-free number to provide clinical, educational and technical support to clinicians. All clinicians within the hospital are encouraged to utilize the services provided by ICON. ICON is an educational/advisory service and does not prescribe care to clinicians or their patients. All patient information obtained by ICON, if any, will be treated confidentially according to Standards for Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information (the Privacy Rule), promulgated by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) pursuant to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). All other information specific to your institution will be shared only with you, ICON clinical/educational specialists and ICON Professional Partners for educational, training and evaluation purposes. ICON will not ask for individually identifiable health information regarding your patients, however, anonymous statistical information may be shared with other ICON subscribers. Information regarding ICON’s privacy policies and terms of services, including customary disclaimers of certain warranties and limitation of legal liabilities may be viewed by going to www.intensivecareonlinecom and selecting ‘Terms of Use’.
